These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the personalized Birth Chart generation service ("Service") offered through this website.

By using the Service, the user ("User" or "you") declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service consists of generating a personalized Birth Chart in PDF format, based on the data provided by the User (date, time, and place of birth). The content is generated via artificial intelligence and includes an astrological and numerological analysis.

The Service is intended exclusively for adult individuals acting for personal purposes (consumers under applicable consumer protection laws).

2. Nature of Content

The Birth Chart and content provided by the Service are purely for entertainment purposes.

THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE IN ANY WAY:
— Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice;
— Legal, financial, or tax advice;
— Scientifically verified predictions;
— Guidance on which to base life, health, career, or investment decisions.

The User is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions, regardless of the content received through the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Birth Chart content is generated using the Google Gemini AI model (gemini-3.1-flash-lite-preview). Pursuant to EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), we declare that:

— The content is artificially generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies.
— The generated output is not reviewed by a human operator before delivery.
— Results may vary between different requests, even with the same input data.
— We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the generated content.

4. Purchase and Pricing

The price of the Service is displayed on the purchase page (in EUR) and includes applicable taxes.

Payment is processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc., a payment platform compliant with PCI-DSS security standards.

The order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment confirmation from Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or technical impossibility.

The invoice is issued electronically and sent to the email address provided at the time of order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: Under applicable consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of personalized digital content (such as the Birth Chart generated based on your specific birth data) whose performance has begun with your explicit consent.

By proceeding with the order and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:
— The Service involves the supply of personalized digital content;
— Performance begins immediately after payment confirmation;
— You expressly consent to the immediate start of performance;
— You will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered to you.

Any refunds outside the right of withdrawal will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
— Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
— Decisions made by the User based on the provided content;
— Loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill;
— Service interruptions or malfunctions due to force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Service that is the subject of the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, design, text, graphics, and code of the website are our exclusive property or that of our licensors.

The Birth Chart PDF generated for you is licensed for personal use only. The following is not permitted:
— Reselling, distributing, or publishing the PDF;
— Using the content for commercial purposes;
— Modifying or creating derivative works from the PDF for commercial purposes.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For disputes relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the competent court is that of the consumer User's place of residence or domicile, under applicable consumer protection regulations.

Alternatively, the User may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
